ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, under instructions, that the petitioner is willing to withdraw the revision petition and settle the insurance claim of respondent 1 at Rs. 4, 50,000/- (sum assured of Rs. 5,00,000/- minus (-) premium of Rs. 50,000/-) within 4 weeks. Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of as withdrawn, subject to the aforesaid payment being made within the committed period.
