This complaint is filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act-1986 against the opposite parties for seeking direction to refund a sum of Rs.1,52,500/-with interest and a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation for causing mental agony, hardship and deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties and with cost Rs.5000/- only.
Complainant is appeared in person. Full Satisfaction memo is filed and Read over the contents of the memo and admitted. Hence Full Satisfaction memo is Recorded.
In the Result the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Court. No cost.
