Though counsel for respondent present, none appears for petitioner. Though petitioner was directed to put on record translated version of documents which were not in English language what he has done that he has filed those documents in Roman script but it does not serve the purpose. That shows that petitioner is not taking due interest in compliance of order of this Commission. We are left with no option but to dismiss the revision for default as also for non-prosecution. Revision petition is accordingly dismissed.
