Mr.Haobijam Rajen, Managing Director of the Respondent No.1 and also Mr. Sarat Rai, the complainant appeared in person before this Commission. Heard Mr. Ng Somorjit Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Complainant and Mr. L .Indrakumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.

It is the submission of the learned counsels appearing for the parties that the Respondent No. 2,Dr.W. Motilal Singh, Consultant is indisposed as such both the parties prayed for dispensing his personal appearance. Accordingly, the personal appearance of Respondent No.2 is hereby dispensed.

A joint application dated 02/04/2018 signed by the parties i.e. the Complainant and the Respondent No.1 as well as counsels had been filed before this Commission. In Para 5 of the application, it is stated that the matter had been settled amicably outside the Commissiion subject to payment of certain amount of compensation by the respondents to the complainant. It is also further stated that the said amount of compensation settled amicably had already been paid by the respondents and also the complainant had already received the said amount of cvompensation. This fact is ascertained from the complainant, Shri Sarart Rai who appeared in person before this Commissiion. Shri Sarat Rai also stated clearly before this commission that the matter had been settled amicably outside the Commission by receiving a certain amount of compensation. He also stated that he had received the said amount on 23/02/2018.

This being the situation, the Complaint case is disposed of on compromise.
