ORDER

Besides the fact that the present Revision Petition is barred by limitation, in as much as there is a delay of 72 days in filing the same, for which delay the explanation furnished is absolutely unsatisfactory, even on merits, no ground is made out for our interference with the

order dated 25.04.2017, passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab” (for short “the State Commission”) in First Appeal No.362 of 2014, as the same is based on the decision dated 12.08.2016, rendered by this Commission in Revision Petition No.1488 of 2016 titled as Nasib Singh vs. CGEWHO. 

The Revision Petition is dismissed accordingly.
