Record is placed before the National Lok Adalat as per order dated 11.11.2024 for settlement of the matter.
Both the parties are present. Heard both the sides as to settlement of the matter. It is submitted by both the parties that the OP-1 is willing to register the suit property in favour of the complainant as per schedule of the property having consideration money of Rs.36,45,000/- shown in the complaint petition and the complainant has agreed with the proposal of the OP-1. A joint petition to that effect has been filed by the parties on 22.10.2024.
Having heard the parties present and the submission of both the parties and the petition filed by the parties on 22.10.2024, it is clear that both the parties agreed to settle the matter though the Ld. National Lok Adalat.
In view of the above, OP-1 is directed to execute and register the suit property as mentioned afore in favour of the complainant within 45 days from the date of this order. Both the parties are directed to take steps accordingly in the meantime.
Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 154/2024 is settled and disposed of finally through the National Lok Adalat.
If the OPs transgress to comply the order of the National Lok Adalat as per terms and condition within the period as mentioned afore, the complainant is at liberty to file appropriate application for execution of the decree as per law.
Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
