(The matter has been heard through virtual hearing).
Mr. Nitin Thati, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to pursue the present Revision Petition at this stage. He states that he would file the written reply on behalf of Respondent No.2 before the District Consumer Commission. In case, the District Consumer Commission does not permit him to file the written reply on behalf of Respondent No.2 on the next date of hearing i.e. 03.03.2022, he would file a fresh Revision Petition before this Commission against the order which would be passed by District Consumer Commission .
2. In view of the statement made by Mr. Nitin Thatai, counsel for the petitioner, present Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
