Sh. Manga Special power of attorney alongwith counsel has made statement separately in this Commission that due to some technical error/defect, he withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. However, permission is granted to complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action as per law. Original documents, if any, be returned to the counsel for complainant.
