ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed with following reliefs:-

The Opposite Parties jointly and severally directed to hand over the possession of the flat as mentioned in agreement for sale dated 15/05/2009 completed in all respects. Opposite Parties in the alternative to give suitable flat in the vicinity of the said building.

The Opposite Parties are jointly and severally directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards mental agony and sufferings to the Complainant and also cost of Rs.25,000/- towards the present litigation. In case the said amounts are not paid after the appeal period, the same will carry interest @ 12% p.a. till final payment.

Pronounced in the open court.
