          Sh. Sandeep Bhardwaj, Advocate has filed Power of Attorney on behalf of respondent.  The same is taken on record.     

2.      Learned counsel for respondent has also placed on record certified copies of order dated 20.02.2023 passed by District Commission, SAS Nagar, Mohali and statement made by respondent/complainant before the District Commission, wherein respondent/complaint has withdrawn the complaint and complaint has been dismissed as withdrawn.  However, District Commission has granted liberty to complaint to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he so desires. 

3.      Learned counsel for respondent/complaint states that since the original complaint has been dismissed as withdrawn, hence this appeal has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed being infructuous.  To which learned proxy counsel for appellant states that they have no objection, if the present appeal be dismissed being infructuous. 

4.      In view of above, the present appeal is dismissed being infructuous.
