None has responded for the Petitioner to the second call even after the pass over. The Petitioner has also not taken steps for service of the Respondent despite giving several opportunities to the Petitioner as he has not filed the Respondent’s set and therefore notice could not be issued. The conduct of the Petitioner shows that he is not interested in pursuing the matter.

The present Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
