Counsel for the parties are agreed that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the petitioner has agreed to provide two open economy class return tickets without any condition, which may be utilized by the complainants, their assignees or their nominees to any destination in Europe where the Lufthansa Airlines flies.  That the respondents can avail of this offer till 31^st December 2011 after giving 45 days notice of their intention to travel. 

Revision Petition as well as the complaint is disposed of in above terms.  Respondents would have no further claim against the petitioner.
