Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that her application before the State Commission was for stay as well as early hearing. The State Commission, vide impugned order, has disallowed application for early hearing and matter has been fixed on 08.07.2014, date already fixed in the matter. As the State Commission has not considered application for stay, we deem it appropriate to direct the State Commission to decide application for stay, if fresh application is moved by the petitioner. As far as early hearing is concerned, we do not find any illegality and irregularity in the impugned order and the Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed. Consequently, Revision Petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move another fresh application for stay before the State Commission.
