Respondent was served but none appeared for the respondent. 

Counsel for the petitioner has moved an application seeking permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to approach the State Commission. 

Prayer is granted and revision petition stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the State Commission as directed by the impugned order.

Time spent in pursuing this petition may be considered by the State Commission in the light of judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in “Laxmi Engineering Works vs. P.S.G. Industrial Institute, 1995 (3) SCC 583.”
