3.       Learned counsel for the appellant builder co. further submits, on instructions, that the appellant builder co. wishes to withdraw the instant appeal.

4.       The instant F.A. No. 343 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again before this Commission. 

5.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission today itself.
