          Both the parties are present. Today is fixed for hearing of the amendment petition was filed by the complainant under 34 and 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019. Perused the petition. Let it be treated as registered as M.A. being No. 49/2023.

          Ld. Advocate for the O.P submitted that no written objection would be filed by the O.Ps.

          From the content of the petition it appears that the proposed amendment as scheduled in the petition is formal one and if the same be allowed it would not change the nature and character of the case. In addition to that no objection raised by the opposite parties against the proposed amendment either in writing or verbally.

          Under such circumstances this commission has no predicament to allow the prayer for proposed amendment filed by the complainant. Let the proposed amendment as per schedule mentioned in the petition be allowed and the complainant is directed to submit the amended petition of complaint within this stipulated period.

          Hence the M.A being No. 49/2023 is thus disposed of on contest without cost.
