The ld. counsel   for the   complainant   Sri  Nayan  Jyoti  Medi   is   present  today   to     take   over   the   decretal   amount   deposited   by    the   opp. party  , necessary   authorization  letter   on the   part of   the   complainant  being    already   received   by this   commission.  The     cheque   received   from the   opp. party    Pushpak  Air  Travels   for an amount     of Rs.1,96,694/-  only has  already   been deposited  in the bank account   of this   District  Consumer  Commission.Therefore, a cheque   for the   aforesaid   amount  is handed  over   to the   counsel   for the   complainant   as  per  procedure  with his   personal  details.
