At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed before us a copy of the letter dated 02.01.2018 addressed by HUDA to the Complainant, offering allotment of alternative plot No.612 in lieu of plot No.2390 in Sector 9-11, Hisar.  Learned Counsel appearing for the Complainant acknowledges the receipt of the said offer.  He states that the said offer is acceptable to the Complainant.

        In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present Revision Petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly, with no order as to costs.

        Needless to add that the possession of the plot shall be delivered to the Complainant on his fulfilling all the procedural requirements and deposit of the amount, as demanded in the said letter.

        The Revision Petition stands disposed of.
