Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has no objection if the remaining 25% of the amount deposited in this Commission is released in favour of the Respondent with directions to the Respondent to file compliance affidavit with regard to utilization of the total amount of Rs.17 lakhs before the District Forum alongwith all copies of bills within 8 weeks from the date release of balance 25% amount by the Registry in favour of the Respondent. Registry shall ensure that the said amount is released to the Respondent without filing any application as expeditiously as possible , but not later than 15 days. The aforesaid directions will amount to full and final discharge of the Petitioner and the Respondent shall issue o Dues Certificatein respect of fire fighting system and fire fighting equipment which is subject matter of this petition within four weeks of record of satisfaction by the District Forum relating to utilization of Rs.17 lakhs The revision stands disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs. Dasti copy of order be given to both sides.
