                Keeping in view of even dated application separate statement suffered by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is relegated to avail the remedy before appropriate authority and if he is not satisfied with the action of the appropriate authority, then, he shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before this Commission mentioning the particular of this complaint and its behalf.
