Complainant is personally   present   and   at the   same time   opp. party   Punjab National Bank is represented   by  Anand Kumar.  Both the   parties   have   filed joint   compromise   petition stating   the fact   that   opp. party   has   credited   the   complainant’s   savings account some amount   of money   as   indicated  in the   compromise   petition   and   complainant   acknowledged   receipt  of  such  amount   and have   no claim  . A  such, the  case is  disposed   of on compromise as prayed   by the  parties.
