          File put up before National Lok Adalat. On 20.07.2022, Sh.Naveen Kumar Palta, complainant has made a separate following statement before this Commission:-

“I have amicably settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties and now I do not want to proceed with this complaint and the same kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.”

In view of the statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
