Learned counsel Ms. A. Sinha is present on behalf of OP,

Heard the complainnat. She is stating that she has been paid the decreetal award with interest and she is satisfied with the amount given by the OP and as such, she is convinced that the case may be dropped at this stage.

Learned counsel Ms. A. Sinha also stated that OP-Bank has satisfied the award and complainnat is also satisfied with the amount given and the case mat be dropped accordingly.

Since the complainant is satisfied with the awarded amount and she has no further claim, the case is dropped.
