                    This order of this Commission will dispose off the present Misc.application. This Commission has received a  cheque of Rs.1,77,352/- ( Rupees One Lakh Seventy Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Two Only ) in compliance of the order dated 9.8.2024 of the Hon’ble State Commission. As per the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, amount is to be released to the complainant Sushma Lata Kapoor. No appeal against the order of the Hon’ble State Commission is pending before the Hon’ble National Commission or any other court of law. On the other hand, opposite party Punjab National Bank has no objection if the amount received from the Hon’ble State Commission be disbursed to the complainant Sushma Lata Sehgal. It is, therefore, ordered that let the amount of 1,77,352/- ( Rupees One Lakh Seventy Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Two Only )  received from the Hon’ble State Commission be disbursed to complainant Sushma Lata Kapoor under proper receipt and identification. File be consigned to the record room.
