ORDER

The DH-Complainant Mr. Sumit Choudhury, in person is present.

Ld. Counsel Mr. A. Bhattacharjee is present on behalf of the JD-OPs.

The DH-Complainant by submitting a petition has stated that the JD-OP has paid the amount for which execution case was instituted and now, he has no claim.

Heard the DH-Complainant. He stated that the JD-OP has satisfied the full award and he is satisfied and no further claim.

As the award has been satisfied by the JD-OP, to which the DH-Complainant is also satisfied, the present execution case stands dropped and disposed of accordingly.

Furnish copy of this order to DH-Complainant and JD-OPs free of cost.
