Today, Statement of Sh.Sunil Mehta, Adv. Counsel for the complainant recorded that as per the instructions received from the complainant and according to the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Sales and Transfer of Plots) Rules, 1999, as per Section 12 of the said Act, "an Appeal against the Order of Estate Officer shall be preferred to the Secretary of Board ". As such, the complainant seeks liberty to file an appeal before the concerned authority in accordance with provisions of law. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant can file the appeal before the deptt. as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
