COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Before:        Mr. Satpal, President.

     Mr. Jagmohan Singh, Member.

             

Present:       Ms. Jyoti Rani, Advocate for the complainant.

                  

Today the case was fixed for consideration on admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which she states that she intends to annex some additional documents/papers with the complaint by including the same in the pleading, which could not be appended earlier with the complaint due to inadvertence, hence, permission may be granted to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint.

Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, permission is granted to file a fresh complaint annexing additional documents/papers with the complaint.  We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
