Today, the case is fixed for filing rejoinder by the complainant, but the learned counsel for the complainant has suffered statement recorded separately that she does not want to pursue the present complaint due to some technical reason, so she withdraws the same with permission to file a fresh one.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission is granted to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, as per law. File be indexed and consigned to the record room.
