Statement of Sh. Gian Singh SDO Division-1 PSPCL Dhanaula, District Barnala recorded to the effect that he withdraw the notice No. 141 dated 22.1.2019  on behalf of opposite parties and the amount of Rs. 37,000/- which is deposited by the complainant on 7.3.2019 vide receipt No. BA16 will be adjusted in the next electricity bill of the complainant. On the other hand, statement of Sh. Rajan Chaudhary Counsel for complainant also recorded to the effect that he has heard the above said statement and agree with the same and withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant.

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
