Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that as the opposite party has waived of the amount in dispute as per the Punjab Government Notification and in lieu of that the opposite party has waived off the entire pending arrears as such I withdraw the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar as per rules.
