ORDER SHEET

The Parties having compromised/settled the Case/ matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:

1)Total demand of the Petitioner is: Rs.  22,000/-

2)An amount of Rs.   22,000/-   is waived by the Petitioner.

3)The claim/dispute of the petitioner is settled by replacement of new mobile set with 3 months extended warranty.

4)Out of the settled amount the Opposite party has already paid nil and pays Rs. .. x       on the spot.

5)The rest of the settled amount to be paid is Rs.  Nil

6)The said amount of Rs. Nil    shall be paid by the Opposite Party in    ..          monthly installments at the rate of Rs.    ..                 per month starting from ......... 2017

7)In case of default in payment the Petitioner shall be at liberty to put this Award in execution.

                    The matter before the Lok Adalat is disposed off accordingly.
