ORDER
SRI.P.V. JAYARAJAN, PRESIDENT:
This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. On 15/02/2022, the complainant’s counsel filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the complaint as instructed by the complainant.
The case was suo-moto advance from 29/03/2022 to 15/02/2022 in view of filing of the withdrawal memo by counsel appearing for the complainant and the matter was posted to this date for orders. The withdrawal memo filed by the counsel appearing for the complainant as instructed by the complainant is accepted and recorded. In view of the withdrawal memo filed before this Commission, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as not pressed.
In the result the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
