The case record is posted today for hearing. Both the parties are absent and no steps on their behalf is taken up. On repeated calls, both the parties are also absent. Thus, the hearing of the case could not be taken up. 

                                         In the present case, the O.P No.1 neither appeared nor filed his w/v and the O.Ps No.2 to 4 appeared and filed their written version. As it appears from the case record, the Complainant remained absent since 13.08.2018 and slept over the matter and no step is taken on his behalf. From the above nature and conduct of the Complainant, it is clearly made out that the Complainant has no interest to prosecute his case and unnecessarily wasted the valuable time of this Commission. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature and conduct of the Complainant, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the Complainant should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the Complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case.
