The case record is posted today for hearing. Both the Advocates for complainant and OP No.1 are absent and no steps are taken on their behalf. Advocate for OP No.2 is present & files hazira and also files a memo stating that the complainant has already cleared up the loan amount and accordingly, NOC has been issued in her favour. To substantiate it, Advocate for OP No.2 has filed the copy of NOC and payment receipt, which was acknowledged by the Advocate for the complainant, as reflected in the memo.

                                         In the above facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature and conduct of the complainant, this Commission is constrained to drop the case, rather to proceed further.

                                         Accordingly, the case is disposed of.
