 On perusal of record we find that complainant is not taking any steps since 22.11.2022.

Eeven he is absent today without any steps.

None appears on his behalf till 1:54 PM.

Accordingly we find that complainant is not interest to proceed with the case.

 In this situation   we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.

 Hence,

 It is

ordered,

 That the present case vide no. CC.93/2019  be and the same is dismissed for default but without any order as to cost.
