Complainant is present. A/R for Op.No.3 is also present Complainant filed an application dated 17.09.2018 stating that the present disputed between the parties have been amicably settled out of Court and he does not have issue pending with the Opp. Parties in terms of replacement of a new battery and he does not want to proceed with the case as he has no claim against the O.Ps. further. He also files a Xerox copy of Aadhar Card bearing no. 775900187032 issued in his favour duly signed by him.

Perused the application dated 17.09.2018 filed by the Complainant. It is ascertained from the effect that the complainant has received a new battery from the Op.No.3 on replacement as per the settlement made between them and also it is found that he has no claim in future against the O.Ps. Therefore on the basis of such application dated 17.09.2018, we are inclined to drop the case hence forth.

Keeping in view of the above compliance made between the parties, we have no hesitation to close the case. Hence the present case is closed henceforth
