No one appears for the petitioner. Even then, we have considered the matter and we find that these proceedings sought to be initiated by the petitioner, are fully mis-conceived because what the petitioner seeks to challenge in the present petition is an order dated 08.01.10 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, camp at Jaipur in certain execution proceedings which of course arose pursuant to the order passed by this Commission. The ..2.. Petitioner if aggrieved by the said order, has an efficacious remedy of challenging the said order before the State Commission either in its appellate or revisional jurisdiction. Dismissed.
