Neither the complainant nor his counsel is present. No step is taken on his behalf.  Learned counsel for  the OP is present & filed hazira.  On perusal of the record it is found that the complainant is remaining absent since long. The order dt. 13/09/2017 reveals that the case was adjourned to 25/10/2017 as last chance for hearing. But the complainant is not attending the court to take part in the hearing since last six dates. So the consumer complaint case is dismissed due to default.
