Complainant is present through his Lawyer.  The case is taken up for admission hearing.

Considered.

It appears that the maturity or redemption of the deposit is on 30-06-2018 in respect of some schemes of investment. 

Accordingly, the cause of action cannot arise before the said date of redemption or maturity.  The case as such is not admitted.         

The Misc. Application No.227 of 2017 consequently, is not entertained. 

Complainant, however, is at liberty to file case afresh regarding the investments which have been matured till the date of filing of the case.

Hence,

Ordered

That the instant case be and the same is dismissed being not maintainable with liberty to the complainant to file the case afresh.
