Counsel for opposite party No.3 suffered a statement that opposite party No.3 is ready to replace the mobile handset in question with new one to the complainant within 15 days from today, failing which opposite party No.3 will be liable to pay interest @ 12% per annum after the expiry of the stipulated period till realization. Counsel for the complainant has accepted this offer. Therefore, the complaint stands disposed off in terms of statements of parties. Opposite party No.3 shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
