Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

        Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that some amount towards interest in accordance with the last operative order of this Commission is still payable, to the respondent/complainant. Learned counsel for the respondent/complainant states that he has already received an amount of Rs.3,79,360/- in the course of the execution proceedings before the State Commission.

             In view of the foregoing, no purpose will be served by keeping the revision petition alive before this Commission. The matter is, therefore, remitted back to the State Commission to verify the contending claims and calculations of the parties and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. The parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 19.4.2011 to receive further directions.
