After addressing us for a while, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Revision Petition with liberty to file a separate appeal before the State Commission against order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kollam on 19.6.2012.  Accordingly, Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.  In view of this order, order dated 5.11.2013, impugned in the present Revision Petition is set aside, as having been rendered infructuous.

          If the petitioner chooses to file the appeal within two weeks from today, along with an application for condonation of delay, if any, the said application will be considered keeping in view the circumstances under which a separate appeal is being preferred by the petitioner.
