ORDER

1.       This revision petition has been filed under Section 58(1)(b) of the Act 2019 in challenge to the Order dated 25.02.2022 of the State Commission in revision petition no. 27 of 2021 arising out of the Order dated 12.04.2021 of the District Commission in complaint no. 169 of 2020.

 

2.       The learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners wish to withdraw the revision petition.   

3.       The instant revision petition no. 326 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to the learned counsel for the petitioners immediately. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
