Notice in the Revision Petition was issued to the respondents in order to ascertain from respondent no.1, the complainant, if he would be willing to withdraw his allegations of medical negligence and deficiency in rendering of service on the part of the petitioner-hospital, if the petitioner-hospital complies with the directions in the impugned order.

          Learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits as per his instructions the complainant is not keen to press the allegations made in the complaint, provided payment, in terms of the impugned order, is made within a short time.

          In view of the above, we dispose of the Revision Petition with the direction that on the petitioner-hospital’s making full payment to respondent no.1, in terms of the impugned order, within three weeks from today, the complaint, giving rise to the present revision petition, shall stand dismissed.  No order as to costs.
