ORDER

 

Heard Counsel for the petitioner.  We entirely agree with the State Commission that the responsibility of safety of the passengers and the luggage in reserved compartment is that of the Railways.  The State Commission has awarded very modest compensation of Rs.3000/-.  In view of the above, we are not inclined to interfere in the exercise of revisional jurisdiction. The revision is accordingly, dismissed with no order as to cost.
