Learned counsel for the appellant is present and submits that they have compiled the order of the learned District Commission by giving reconnection to the complainant’s premises and prays to set aside the impugned order regarding payment of compensation of Rs. 1,000/- to the complainant.

In view of the memo filed since the line has already given to the complainant’s premises, we set aside the impugned order regarding payment of compensation of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
