Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the dispute between the parties has since been amicably resolved and, in fact, the complainant has already withdrawn his complaint before the State Commission, Chandigarh.  She prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revision petition.

          Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
