Counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal is not pressed and seeks permission to withdraw the same since the dispute in this case has been settled with the manufacturer.  This appeal is therefore dismissed as withdrawn accepting the request of the counsel for the appellant. 

            Refund the amount of statutory deposit made at the time of filing this appeal to the counsel for the appellant, on proper acknowledgment.
