Today is fixed for hearing of this M.A. case, W/O, if any, in the meantime. The applicant side and O.p. side both are praying time. It is admitted fact that this M.A. case has been cropped up from C.C. case No.388/2018 which is pending for more than 6 years. In spite of having knowledge of this fact both parties are praying time.

In order to expedite the trial of C.C. case No.388/2018, this District Commission is of the view that this M.A. case is to be heard alongwith the trial of C.C. case No.388/2018.

In the light of the observation made above this M.A. case is disposed of.
