In-spite of repeated call,both the parties are absent.

On perusal of record,We found thst several adjournment have given to Appellant to file adjournment have given to Appellantto file written notes of Submission and date chart and status of loan account and copy of loan account but he has not complied earlier order till-date.

To-day also on repeated calls,neither the Appellant nor his councel is present before this Commission.

Hence , the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.Send back the DFR.
